GTS Project Management Process 28 GTS Project Manager (PM) assigned project from GTS Sales. GTS PM sends intro email to client and partner (within same day of receiving assignment). GTS PM completes weekly check-in with vendor until kickoff call/email is scheduled. GTS PM assists with client discovery stage, as needed. GTS PM facilitates weekly calls/check-ins with client and vendor.and sends meeting notes to all project stakeholders post calls. GTS PM confirms installation/go-live dates with project stakeholders. GTS PM sends post-install/go-live completion email that includes GTS Support contact information and offer to disconnect legacy services for client and first bill review.
