5 Affiliations IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management): FOURMIDABLE is a corporate member of the Board of Directors, and abides by a Code of Ethics established by IREM. This Code of Ethics defines standards governing members’ operational procedures, relationships with clients and the public. FOURMIDABLE is an active participant in the national organization as well as in local chapters. Our firm has co-sponsored seminars and continuing education programs for IREM members.
